Manufacturing
A leading manufacturer – first-class quality thanks to good vertical integration.
We deliver and guarantee exemplary quality – mainly thanks to our highly trained and experienced staff as well as the major edge we have given ourselves, in manufacturing terms, through our self-developed processes and excellent vertical integration at our site in Aesch (in the canton of Basel-Landschaft).
As a leading manufacturer, we benefit greatly from our high level of vertical integration combined with an equally high proportion of in-house manufacturing: we control all work stages and are able to optimize processes to reflect our know-how and experience.
We split manufacturing into the following areas:
Systems and equipment manufacturing: around 1,700 m²
Mechanical workshop: around 300 m²
Grinding and polishing: around 200 m²
Local electropolishing: around 100 m²
Final assembly: around 300 m²
Quality/certificates
Every day, we go about our work with great passion to ensure our products and services always meet the highest quality standards in the market.
In recent years, we have gained a great deal of experience and know-how through the production of several hundred pressure vessels that were awarded double certification. The items in question are manufactured, tested and documented in accordance with the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) and the ASME Code.
Our employees’ excellent training and enormous experience as well as the way we maintain very solid, long-term relationships with our staff, who really identify with the company, are pivotal factors in the exemplary quality we deliver.
They ensure that the know-how we have developed over the years remains within the company and that, in turn, allows us to keep quality levels consistently high in everything we do.
