Rotating Pasteurizer
The MAURER® Pasteurizing System sets new standards in the pasteurization of human albumin.
The system is designed for 24-hour operation and contains a maximum of six product racks, which can accommodate various bottle sizes ranging from 50 to 500 ml. This means up to 34,944 glass bottles can be pasteurized per load – the process is controlled by an automatic system that requires no manual intervention until the end of the process.
The decisive advantage over conventional pasteurization systems lies in the constant rotation of the albumin-filled glass bottles, which are stacked in product racks and continuously rotated 360° around their own axis throughout the pasteurization process, thereby preventing albumin flocculation and guaranteeing maximum yield.
