Not only could production downtime entail short-term losses and difficulties, but it could also become a major problem if operations cannot be resumed reasonably quickly. Whenever defective components need to be replaced, efficient spare parts management is essential if the defect is to be remedied quickly.

Since this would require an enormous amount of effort, we offer an additional service to our customers – mainly to the larger customers we supply with pressure vessels and complete systems – where we keep a stock of spare parts tailored to those customers’ individual needs and requirements.

The time gained by having a stock of spare parts available, compared with manufacturing individual parts to order, may stop a mere incident turning into a genuine problem.
